Creed is a station commander of Genesis Station at Balam System, encountered while looking for an ECHO engineer. He introduces the Captain to Elena Scott.

Creed was part of the Second Wave, serving as a senior mechanic on the colony ship Orbitan of the 19th Expeditionary Fleet.
