Gabriel Ramos is a Canisec Secirity Liaison station in the Frontier. He informs the Captain that the three major Factions have completed their gate into Darkspace, and promptly went to war with each other, setting the stage for the Conquest. He also hand the Captain a Gate Pass to get there.
