Cade Callahan is the Canisec Commander of Canisec. He is in charge of their Embassy Station in the Conquest Zone. He introduces the Captain to the state of affairs within Conquest, explaining how truce broke down and the major factions were at war with each other.
His maandate as Canisec Commander was reduced - as Canisec no longer held any authority over the major factions, so he refocused their efforts on staving off Corsair Syndicate and Meridia's Chosen, while protecting the minor factions.
