Stella Chion is a spymaster for the Umbral Reach. She resides on the Embassy Station in the Conquest Zone.
She is first encountered when delivering supplies for the Void Drifters, working as a Stellar Manager. The supplies were intended for the construction of a gate to Darkspace, after the existing gate was destroyed by Darkspace Compact. It is unclear whom Stella is actually working for as she maintains contacts with Darkspace Compact, and is exchanging blueprints and weapons for unknown benefits and services.
