Void Drifters are an unknown faction.
Nomads and Smugglers?
Next to nothing is known about Void Drifters. they are presumably nomads and smugglers operating on the fringes of known space.
There is a single questline which allow them to take over a station as their own home, but there are no followup quests or shipyards to demonstrate their intentions at this stage. They do not participate in Conquest, and cannot be interacted with.

Only through Umbral interactions with Void Drifters is it revealed they do have their own ship manufacturer, the Kharon Forgeworks, which is the extent of available information on this subject.
