Canisec are a pacifier faction.

The Police

Serving as a main patrol/security force across the Frontier and Conquest sectors, Canisec runs frequent patrols, defending against pirates (Corsair Syndicate) and worse (Meridia's Chosen), and is often in charge of actual gate security - owning large defense turrets protecting the gates throughout the subsystems. As a security faction, they have no horse in the race for Conquest expansion and do not participate. Instead, their commander Cade Callahan will provide a short tutorial for the Conquest sector.

Their stations are barebones, with no shipyards, but with extensive combat-oriented mission board patrols, which include the Patrol Board.

Patrol

Player can enlist in helping the Canisec out, and going on patrols. Doing so will lead the player across the system, to various POIs, where 5 waves of enemy ships will arrive. After defeating them all, Canisec Tokens will be awarded, as well as the option to continue patrol, at a higher enemy level, and for more tokens.

Canisec Tokens can be exchanged at Patrol Shops on their stations for more powerful gear than usual.

Ships Manufactured

Canisec uses Custos Arms ships exclusively, but will not provide them for sale. Their ships are police-themed and can be often spotted doing random patrols.
