James Fleddon is affiliated with the Void Drifters, and a smuggler by profession. He contacts the Captain at a Steel Vultures Graveyard asking for help in finding an associate.
After the story quest-line he can be found within the Frontier at the Void Drifter Station, once the Drifters gain a foothold in Canis Majoris.
