Arle

Arle is the Luminate Commander for Luminate Combine, in charge of Embassy Station in Conquest Zone.

She was involved in capturing John Raythor, and failure to capture Keril when the two strayed into Luminate territory. She can be negotiated with for the release of John, if the Captain does the Luminate enough favors.
