Obrix are an obscure ship manufacturer most commonly associated with Darkspace Compact and Meridia's Chosen.

Obrix produces primarily combat ships. Their ships are peculiar due to their vertical orientation, and relatively high accelerations. While their ships are used by both Meridia's Chosen and the Darkspace Compact, there are no neutral or friendly Meridia's Chosen stations to buy the ships from, thus:
- Obrix vessels are available only at Darkspace compact shipyards.
- Obrix vessels used by Darkspace but not sold at shipayrds need to be boarded to be obtained
- All ships used by Meridia's Chosen need to be boarded to be obtained.
