Stella Chion is currently a spymaster for the Umbral Reach. She resides on the Embassy Station in the Conquest Zone.

She is first encountered when delivering supplies for the Void Drifters, posing as a Stellar Manager on a Stellar Industries station. The supplies were intended for the construction of a gate to Darkspace, after the existing gate was destroyed by Darkspace Compact. It is unclear whom Stella is actually working for as she's in contact with the Void Drifters, and maintains contacts with Darkspace Compact as well, who are purchasing blueprints and weapons in exchange unknown benefits and services. Later she lets slip that she subscribes to Luminate Combine faith ("Thank the Oracle!").

Stella claims she's working for anyone who pays well, and currently, Umbral does.
