Consumable items are consumed over time (Warp Fuel), at once (Bonus Skillpoint) or through activities (Shield Pylon).

Locator Beacon		Holds a POI active on map 30min, can be recharged by clicking it, timer shown on map.
Shield Pylon		Recharges friendly shields when deployed.
Decoy Beacon		Lures ships to location.
Explosive Mine		Explodes. Drop and move away.

Dog Tags		Can be exchanged for 1-4 Faction Currencies at any HQ, Canisec, Orsanon Security or Forge Industries station.
Elite Dog Tags		Can be exchanged for more (?) Faction Currencies at any HQ, Canisec, Orsanon Security or Forge Industries station.
Executive Dog Tags		Can be exchanged for even more (?) Faction Currencies at any HQ, Canisec, Orsanon Security or Forge Industries station.
Locked Container		Can be opened at any Steel Vultures station. See Locked Containers.

Umbral Consumables

Umbral Hacking Multiool		Quest item, infects a station anywhere in Ara Martis.
Umbral Hacking Tool		Infects a station adjacent to an infected one.
Decoy Transponder		Masks your IFF, can attack friently ships without reputation loss. Disables autodock, expires when docked.
Cargo Scanner Bot		Travels ship-to-ship, locates valuable Bulk goods onboard, expires when goods found.
Tracking Tag Bot		Tracks a ship to any POI, allowing you to track them after they go to warp.
